Promotion is the manifestation of success within an academic medical center. However, the requirements and steps for promotion can be confusing. In this session, participants will learn how to leverage their primary responsibilities for promotion, through actual examples drawn from our faculty. Participants will also learn how to document achievements and how to use the annual review process to ensure continuous forward progress. Light refreshments will be served. RSVP by March 28.
